That covers quotations and costings, purchase orders, freight arrangements, letters of credit and payment terms, and the full export documentation set, coordinated with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Global Affairs Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Brazil and a diploma in culinary management from George Brown College, and works in Portuguese and English.
Her work connects the commercial and operational stages of an export order, from quotations and payment terms to freight and documentation. She coordinates these requirements across the origin markets she handles.
